基于遗传算法的陶瓷配方优化设计

摘    要:为优化陶瓷配方,以绝对误差为目标函数建立了陶瓷配方优化模型,并采用标准遗传算法进行了配方设计.针对标准遗传算法中出现的早熟、运行效率低等问题,从种群设定、编码方式、操作算子等方面对算法进行了改进.经100次的配方实验表明,改进遗传算法配方精度的绝对误差仅约为0.1,显著优于标准遗传算法.

Abstract:In order to optimize ceramic formulation, an optimization model of ceramic formulation was established with absolute error as objective function, and standard genetic algorithm was used to design the formulation. Aiming at the problems of prematurity and low efficiency in the standard genetic algorithm, the algorithm from the aspects of population setting, encoding mode and operator were improred. The formula experiments of 100 times show that the absolute error of the formula accuracy of the improved genetic algorithm is only about 0.1, which is significantly better than that of the standard genetic algorithm.
