蓝莓粗多糖对自由基的清除作用及其抗溶血性

摘    要:为研究蓝莓粗多糖的抗氧化作用,通过蓝莓粗多糖对羟自由基和DPPH自由基的消除作用以及对联苯三酚自氧化的抑制作用试验,检测了不同浓度、不同温度和不同作用时间对抗氧化性的影响,以及其抗溶血性.结果表明:随着多糖浓度的升高,其对羟自由基和DPPH自由基的清除能力增强,且50%清除率所对应的质量浓度(IC50)分别为2mg/mL和0.5mg/mL;蓝莓粗多糖体外抗氧化最适处理温度为40℃,最适处理时间为30min;蓝莓粗多糖在体外37℃下不引起红细胞的溶血,安全性良好.

Abstract:The purpose of this work is to evaluate the free radical scavenging of extraction of crude polysaccha rides from blueberries at different concentration, temperatures and time conditions. The hemolysis test is also investigated. The results showed that the hydroxyl radical and DPPH radical scavenging activity of the crude blueberry polysaccharide could contribute in a dose-dependent manner, IC50 concentrations are 2 mg/mL and 0.5 mg/mL, respectively. The optimal temperature is 40℃, the optimal reaction time is 30 min. Under the conditions, the extraction of crude polysaccharides is no hemolysis.
