略谈高校图书馆新生导读

根据高校图书馆的读者特点，适时开展新生导读，体现了“读者第一”的图书管理新思想，它变“被动服务”为“主动服务”，努力使图书馆的服务方式多样化．本文旨在对新生导读作一些论述，以阐明开展该项工作的重要性。

Discussion about the Guidance to the Freshman about the College Library

According to thc features of the readers in the college library, it is necessary for us to give timely guidance to the freshmen about our library, where new ideas of the library management should be reflected .By doing this,we can change the passive service into the initiative service, thus creating the diversified service .In this paper the guidance to the freshmen is discussed for the purpose of clarifying its importance.
