| 摘 要： | 国家助学贷款制度施行以来，经过不断的修正完善，取得了积极的效果，但在实施过程中也遇到了很多问题，一定程度上影响了国家助学贷款制度的持续健康发展。本文在厘清国家助学贷款的概念、性质特征以及在我国的发展沿革的基础上，对当前的现状和主要缺陷进行了分析，并提出了对策建议，旨在为国家助学贷款制度的进一步完善、更好地实现其对贫困学生的权利救济功能做出贡献。

| Abstract: | Positive results have been achieved since the implementation of the state study-aid loan upon the constant improvement and modification,yet in the process,many problems have arisen,which to some extent hinders the sustained and healthy development of the loan system.The paper,based on the clarification of the concept,the features and its evolution,analyzes the present situation and the main defects and proposes some countermeasures. |
