| 摘 要： | 用高效液相色谱跟踪、正交设计研究了合成2，4－二基苯乙酮时催化剂用量，反应温度，反应时间，原料配比等因素的影响。发现冰醋酸用量是最主要的影响因素。在最优化条件下产率达到93％，比文献值（61％）提高了30个百分点，有很好的应用前景。

| Abstract: | The preparation of 2,4-dihydroxy acetophenone has been investigated with the aid of HPLC and an optimization-seeking method. It was found that the main effect on the yield is the amount of glacial acetic acid. Under optimum conditions, the yield reached as high as 93%. It is 30% higher than that recorded in literature. So this procedure is a competitive one economically. |
