| 摘 要： | 浙江省高校科技创新活动发展迅速,高校的科研及产学研结合取得了一定的成绩,高校 科研正在逐步成为浙江经济发展有力的推进器。但浙江省高校科技创新活动在投入、产出及 成果转化等方面还存在着许多问题,思考和探索提高高校科技创新能力的对策,对促进高校自 身发展及推动浙江经济的持续发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Technical innovation activities in colleges and universities of Zhejiang Province have undergone a rapid development and great achievements have been made in both scientific research in higher education and the joint efforts of industry, university and research. Research in colleges and universities has given an impetus to the economic development in Zhejiang Province. There are, however, still problems in investment , output and technology transfer. Therefore, it is of great significance to the constant development of the colleges and universities themselves and of Zhejiang economy to think about and explore strategies to promote technological innovation capability of the higher education. |
