2,4,6-三(2,4-二羟基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪是一种制备高效紫外线吸收剂的重要中间体,在工农业及医学中有许多重要的用途.用卤代烷烃作溶剂,无水三氯化铝作催化剂,在室温和常压下三聚氯氰与间苯二酚进行Friedel-Crafts反应,反应时间6 h,标题化合物的收率为96%.完善了原来的合成工艺,得到了一条操作简便,生产成本低的工艺路线,并提供了2,4,6-三(2,4-二羟基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪化合物的IR,NMR,MS和元素分析值.

Improve of synthesizing 2,4,6-tri (2,4-dihydroxylbenzenyl) - 1,3,5-triazine

2,4,6-tri(2,4-dihydroxylbenzenyl)-1,3,5-triazine was prepared by the Friedel-Crafts reaction of cyanuric chloride with resorcinol in high yield in the presence of aluminium chloride using alkyl chloride as solvent. The effects on the reaction with time, temperature and solvents were discussed. Compared with other reported methods, ours has the advantages of mild reaction condition of room temperature. The cost of production was reduced. The IR, NMR, MS and elemental analysis of 2,4,6-tri(2,4-dihydrtoxylbenzenyl)-1,3,5-triazine were present.
