锈蚀钢筋与混凝土黏结机理试验研究

摘    要:通过对混凝土试块中不同直径和保护层厚度的变形钢筋和光面钢筋进行拔出试验,得到了不同类型试件的平均黏结应力-平均滑移关系曲线.描述了各种试件的破坏过程,对锈蚀钢筋混凝土黏结性能退化机理进行了分析,阐述了不同加速锈蚀方法、锈蚀程度、钢筋直径、保护层厚度以及箍筋等因素对钢筋与混凝土的黏结性能的影响,发现随着锈蚀程度的增加,黏结性能先是略有提高,然后逐渐出现明显的退化;加速方法对锈蚀钢筋混凝土试件的黏结性能影响也较大,相同裂缝宽度下,恒电流加速试件的极限荷载比人工气候加速条件下要低很多.

Abstract:Pull out tests were done on different diameter plain or ribbed reinforcements covered to different depths. The average bond stress-slip curves for the different specimens as well as the process by which they were destroyed were obtained. The mechanism by which deteriora-tion of bonding between corroded reinforcement bar and concrete occurs was analyzed. The in-fluence of different accelerated corrosion methods, the degree of corrosion, the bar diameter, the cover depth and the stirrup on bonding performance was studied. The results show that bonding is initially enhanced by an increase in corrosion. Then the bond strength gradually de-teriorates. Accelerated corrosion methods also have a great impact on the bond quality. The ul-timate load of specimens after electronic-current accelerated corrosion is much lower than that of specimens treated in an artificial climate even with the same starting crack width.
