| 摘 要： | 科研工作量是衡量科研能力的重要指标。从科研项目、科研成果、科研奖励以及科研成果转化等方面，采用定性与定量相结合的方法，构建了一个可行的科研工作量定量评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | The amount of work in scientific research is a significant index to measure the ability in research. A combination method of the qualitative and quantitative is adopted to establish a practical system judging the amount of work in scientific research from different factors, such as scientific item, the achievement in scientific research, scientific research reward and the contribution of the achievement, etc. |
