| 摘 要： | 通过分析某烟草企业原料仓储管理现状及存在的问题，用实例论证了物流管理是企业的“第三利润源泉”，物流管理增强企业竞争优势，给出具体改进对策，以期改善原料生产与作业管理体系，提升物流管理水平．降低物流成本，增强企业竞争力。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the present condition and existing problems of the tobacco warehouse management,Logistics management is "the third profits source" of the enterprise argued by using solid examples,and the logistics management can strengthen the competitive advantages of enterprise.The improvement measures include trying to improve raw material production and homework management,promoting the logistics level,lowering the logistics cost and strengthening the business enterprise competition ability. |
