丁基橡胶硫化动力学分析

KINETIC ANALYSIS ON BUTYL RUBBER VULCANIZATION

The kinetic analysis on two vulcanization systems , the resin system and the sulfur system ,for butyl rubber were carried out. By dividing the whole vulcanization process as three different kinetic stages , it was found that the minus reaction order in the initial of vulcanization was possible . The rule and the method of determining the twotransitions were discussed . It was pointed out that "the view of kinetic analysis and the classical Arrhenius equation can not be applied to the calculation at the final stage of vulcanization" disagreed with the conclusion of this study .
