| 摘 要： | 对氯丁橡胶(CR)粘接剂在国内外的发展,应用等方面进行了概述。CR粘接剂在国外已有50多年的历史,目前的消耗量为32.42万t/a,而且仍呈上升趋势。国内CR粘接剂开发较晚,但预计1989年的需求量约为4.9万t/a;有400多厂家和科研单位从事该项工作。预计到2000年,制鞋行业的CR粘接剂消耗量将达6.4万t/a;建筑、交通、电子、橡胶工业和家用等领域对CR粘接剂的需求量,将由现在5.8kt/a上升到不低于6.4万t/a,届时国内对其总需求量可突破12.8万t/a。根据目前国内生产和科研开发技术,减少或停止进口CR粘接剂是可能的。

| Abstract: | The development and applications of polychloroprene ( CR ) adhesive are reviewed with 23 references. The present consumption of CR adhesive abroad is 324.2 kt/a, and the estimated consumption in China reaches 37.7 kt/a in 1989. It is anticipated that the domestic consumption of CR adhesive in shoe making industry alone will reach 64 kt/a and those for building, transportation , electrical and rubber processing industr vies as well as for household applications will increase from 5.8 kt/a at present to not less than 64 kt/a by the year of 2000, thus making the total domestic demand on CR adhesive to exceed 128 kt/a by the same year. |
