| 摘 要： | 用高效液相色谱法分析丁二酸、戊二酸和己二酸的混合物,分析采用Waters-ODS色谱柱、4×150 mm色谱柱、紫外检测器,用含甲醇20%(V/V)的磷酸-磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液为流动相。该方法与气相色谱法相比,具有样品不需预处理、操作简单、分析速度快等优点。

| Abstract: | The mixture of succinic acid,glutaric acid and adipic acid was analyzed by HPLC method which employed Waters-ODS chromatographic column,4×150 mm chromatographic column,UV detector and H3PO4-KH2PO4 buffer with 20%(v/v) methanol as mobile phase.Compared with GC method,this method has several advantages,such as no need for sample pretreatment,simple manipulation and time-saving analysis. |
