| 摘 要： | 烟碱在碱性环境下与MnO4-生成绿色产物MnO42-,λmax=604 nm,利用此特性,建立了一种烟碱的分光光度测定方法,并对pH值、高锰酸钾浓度等反应条件进行了优化,表面活性剂的加入提高了测定灵敏度,方法操作方便、测定快速、灵敏度高、稳定性好。

| Abstract: | With the potassium permanganate as coloring agents,contents of nicotine in tobacco sheet were determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry.The results showed that contents of nicotine in tobacco sheet were 1.299 6 μg/mL The method has obvious advantages in convenient operation,higher sensitivity and better stability. |
