| 摘 要： | 聚乙二醇单甲醚生产的乙氧基化制备是工业生产中常用的工艺技术。介绍了乙二醇单甲醚的合成原理,乙二醇单甲醚的乙氧基化生产工艺流程以及该工艺的核心反应工段的规范操作,并分析了工艺生产中的危险因素,提出了设计及生产中应采取的措施,从而根本上减少了生产过程中事故发生的可能性及其影响程度,为企业的安全生产提供了可靠的保障。

| Abstract: | The ethoxylation is the common technology in preparation of methoxypolyethylene glycol. The principle and production technique of ethoxylation were introduced,and the specification operation was introduced in detail. The safety problems in the production technique and the safety measures were also summarized.The craft process of production accidents and the influence degree of the accident were reduced. The reliable safeguard for enterprise’s safety production was provided. |
