| 摘 要： | 介质消耗水平是重介质选煤厂重要的经济技术指标,针对三河尖选煤高介质消耗的实际问题,通过现场分析,掌握了造成介质高损耗的主要原因,采取加强重介质管理、工艺设备管理和选煤现场管理等措施,有效的改善了该选煤厂介质消耗情况,使吨煤介耗由1.5 kg降至0.7kg,为选煤厂类似情况提供经验借鉴。

| Abstract: | The heavy-medium consumption was the important economic and technical indicators of heavy medium coal preparation plant, based on the high medium consumption in the Sanhejian plant, the main factors of the high medium consumption were mastered. Through the strength the management of medium, process equipment and coal preparation plant improved the coal preparation plant medium, made tons of coal consumption of medium from 1.5 kg to 0.7 kg, laid the foundation for the comprehensive economic benefits of plant. |
