特厚煤层综放开采提高采出率的技术研究

摘    要:针对特厚煤层综放开采低位放顶煤工艺顶煤放不净、采出率低、容易出大碴块、含矸率高等问题,以山西金晖瑞隆煤业为例,从放顶煤开采设计损失及放煤工艺损失着手,提出提高采出率的技术和管理方法,并对放煤效果进行分析对比,实践结果表明该方法可有效提高生产效率,为类似情况提供经验借鉴。

Abstract:Based on low position top coal could not mine out completely, low mining rate, with large tramp easily, high rate of coal and gangue in extremely thick coal seam fully mechanized caving, Shanxi Jinhui Ruilong Mine was taken as an example, from the caving mining and coal process design loses, improving the extraction rate of technology and management methods were put forward, comparing with the coal caving effect, the result showed that the technology could improve the production rate and provide experience and reference under the similar conditions.
