摘    要:介绍了以焦炉烟道废气为热载体的全沸腾振动推进式煤调湿与分级一体化技术的优势、中试实验结果及工业化示范装置应用进展情况。提出煤调湿工艺评价体系,分析煤调湿工艺对焦炉生产及煤气净化工艺产生的影响及解决方案,为煤调湿技术的推广应用提供技术支持。

Abstract:Abstract: This paper introduces the advantages, mid-testing result and industrial equipment utiliza- tion of integration of CMC and air classification in manner of total-boiling and vibrating push-in,with waste gas flue as hot carrier. It also proposes process appraisal system, analysis of the impact and solution of CMC to coke oven production and gas purification process as well as technical support for the CMC promotion.
