| 摘 要： | 通过理论计算并结合生产实践,探讨了焦炭烧损率与干熄焦蒸汽产量的关系,提出了合理的烧损率及其控制手段.通过控制焦粉产率调整焦炭烧损率,当烧损率为0.825%左右时,蒸汽产能收益较好,这对焦化厂干熄焦系统有较好的推广价值.

| Abstract: | Through theoretical calculation and in combination with production practice, the relationship between CDQ coke burning loss and CDQ steam output is studied, the rational burning loss and its control measures are given. By controlling coke fine yield to adjust coke burning loss rate, when burning loss rate is about 0.825%, steam output is better, this has better promotion value to CDQ system of the coking plant. |
