| 摘 要： | 介绍了精煤烘干系统的设备选型、工艺流程以及在生产中的应用情况，并对生产中出现的问题进行了研究及改造。改造后设备的使用寿命大大延长，焦炭产量由150孔，d提高到162孔／d，M40由80％提高到82％，每年可节约清水及外排污水10万t。

| Abstract: | The equipment type selection, process and application condition in production of drying system for washed coal are described in this paper, the problems occurred in production have been studied and the system has been improved. The service life of equipment after modification is greatly prolonged, coke output has been increased from 150 ovens/d to 160 ovens/d, coke strength M40 is increased from 80% to 82%, so 100 000t water consumed can be saved every year. |
