For volume-production , two problems exist in this processing field , firstly , the traditional dry grinding methods will no longer meet the customer’s requirement for edge-working quality , secondly , the processing capacity of current automatic process equipments is insufficient and the operation expense of the equipment is high . Therefore we developed a new wet edge working procedure on many times trial basis .
