精煤中轻软杂质的清除

介绍了煤中低密度轻软杂质清除的工艺过程。煤和杂质在跳汰机中按密度不同分选，由于大部分轻软杂质的密度低于煤的密度，漂浮在煤的上面，杂质分离器利用这一原理将杂质从煤中分离出来，浅槽分选机将误分离的煤从杂质中分离出来，再选装置将未截取留在精煤中的杂质进行再分选，进上步提高精煤的除杂效果，确保精煤质量。

Removing of Light and Soft Impurity from Cleaned Coal

Removing process of light and soft impurity that is medium and low density is introduced. Coal and impurity are together in the Jig for separation. Due to the density different of cleaned coal and impurity, the greater part of light and soft impurity float upper at the coal in the impurity separator. So it is removed from separator. Then a part of cleaned coal that is mixed with impurity is removed from impurity in shallow trough separator. A small part of impurity that mixed with cleaned coal is reseparated in reseparator for improving the cleaned coal quality.
