摘    要:以煤气化为核心的多联产能源系统是有效解决温室气体CO2排放的手段之一,其中,“双气头”多联产系统将气化煤气富碳、焦炉煤气富氢的特点相结合,实现了生产过程的CO2减排。笔者在与传统煤制甲醇生产过程相比的基础上,得到了“双气头”多联产系统CO2减排特性方程,从而定量的描述了“双气头”系统生产过程的CO2排放量,为方案设计和将其纳入“清洁发展机制”项目提供了基础的理论指导。

Abstract:Polygeneration based on coal gasification is one of effective solution to CO2 mitigation.And double gas polygeneration fully make use of CO2-rich in coal gas and CH4-rich in coke-oven gas to decrease the CO2 emission in producing process.This paper is deducted the CO2 mitigaiton specialty equation of double gas polygeneration compared to the case of coal to methanol conventionally.Thus it can describe the CO2 emission amount for the process,and also it supplies the theory guideline for the system design and CDM project.
