新型环氧注浆材料的制备与性能研究

摘    要:考察了固化剂、稀释剂、固化促进剂等对环氧树脂体系注浆材料的固化特性和力学性能的影响,确定了新型注浆材料最佳的组成体系与配比。结果表明:固化剂T-31体系比固化剂593具有更好的综合性能,固化剂T-31、稀释剂AGE和固化促进剂DMP-30的最佳用量分别为70pHr,20pHr和3pHr。经注浆模拟实验证实,该注浆材料可明显改善其力学性能,抗弯拉强度可达4.51MPa,抗压强度可达14.7kN。

Abstract:The influences of curing agent, diluent and curing agent on curing characteristics and mechanical properties of epoxy resin grouting materials were investigated, the new grouting material system with the optimal ratio was determined. The results showed that the performance of curing agent T-31 is better than curing agent 593, and the optimum contents of curing agent T-31, diluent AGE and accelerator DMP-30 are 70phr, 20phr and 3phr respectively. The results indicated that this grouting materials can significantly improve the mechanical properties with flexural strength of 4.51MPa and compressive strength of 14.7kN.
