摘    要:通过研究影响PET/60PHB对数比浓粘度的诸多因素,确定了缩聚反应的最佳工艺条件,并在该下合成了对数比浓粘度达0.7以上的PET/60PHB共聚酯,用NMR,IR,POM,DSC,WAXD和流变学等方法对其结构和液晶性进行了研究和分析,结果表明,合成的聚合物PET/60PHB(YSTL-1)确系PET与PHB的无规共聚酯,属向列相热致液晶,加工试验表明,该共聚酯具有优良的加工流动性,其力学性能,

Abstract:The best technological conditions of condensation polymerization were determined through investigating many factors which influenced the inherent viscosity of PET/60PHB. PET/60PHB copolyesters whose inherent viscosity was above 0. 7 was prepared under these conditions. Its structrue and liquid crystallinity were studied by NMR,IR, POM, DSC, WAXD and capillary rheometer. It showed that the copolyesters PET/60PHB (YSTL-1) were surly the copolyesters of PET and PHB , and it belonged to nematic thermotropic liquid crystalline. The results of processing experiments stated that the copolyesters had excellent fluidity . The mechnical propertie,heat resistance and electric insulations of copolyesters (YSTL-1) reached or surpassed the properties of the same foreign products . Its tensile strength was above 600MPa . coefficient of thermal expansion was close to that of ceramics.
