摘    要:本文合成了金属有机骨架材料Fe_3O_4@ZIF-67,并采用FTIR、VSM、SEM、TEM和EDS等方法对样品进行表征。以Fe_3O_4@ZIF-67为载体吸附亚甲基蓝,分别考察了载体用量、亚甲基蓝溶液pH值、溶液初始浓度等因素对亚甲基蓝吸附量的影响。结果表明,Fe_3O_4@ZIF-67材料对亚甲基蓝吸附的最佳条件为亚甲基蓝溶液浓度130 mg/L,振荡时间1 h,pH值为10,骨架材料投放量6mg,此时吸附量最大达334.53 mg/g。重复性实验结果表明,Fe_3O_4@ZIF-67材料至少可以重复利用7次。

Abstract:In this paper,the metal organic framework material Fe3O4@ZIF-67 was synthetized,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS)were employed to characterize the specimen.The Fe3O4@ZIF-67 was used as carrier to adsorb methylene blue,the effects of material dosage,pH value of methylene blue solution and initial concentration of the solution on the adsorbing amount were investigated.The results showed that the optimal condition for the adsorption of methylene blue by Fe3O4@ZIF-67 was the methylene blue concentration of 130 mg/L,oscillation time of 1 h,pH value of 10,and Fe3O4@ZIF-67 utilization amount of 6 mg.The maximum adsorption amount reached 334.53 mg/g on this condition.The experimental results showed that the Fe3O4@ZIF-67 material could be reused at least 7 times.
