双频超声强化超临界流体萃取黄酮类化合物

摘    要:通过单因素和正交实验研究,对双频超声交替强化超临界流体萃取黄酮类化合物的工艺进行了优化设计。实验结果表明,影响萃取得率的各因素强烈程度顺序是:夹带剂用量>超声频率>萃取温度>萃取压力>超声功率;本实验条件下的最佳萃取实验工艺条件为萃取温度50℃,萃取压力20 MPa,夹带剂用量2 mL/g,超声频率20 KHz,超声功率150 W。

Abstract:Double-frequency ultrasounds alternately-enhanced supercritical fluid extraction of effective components of plants was optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results indicated that the successive order of different effect factors is entrainer amount> ultrasonic frequency >extraction temperature> extraction pressure> ultrasonic power and the optimum conditions of the extraction includes: temperature 50 ℃,pressure 20 MPa,entrainer amount 2 mL/g,ultrasonic frequency 20 kHz,power 150 W.
