NO与乙二胺合钴离子气液反应动力学研究

摘    要:用乙二胺合钴水溶液实现NO的液相催化氧化,乙二胺合钴离子作氧化催化剂,废气中残存的氧气作氧化剂,使NO的氧化和吸收同时进行。采用搅拌反应器分别在有氧和无氧时,对NO与乙二胺合钴离子气液反应动力学进行研究,结果表明当乙二胺合钴浓度大于0.02mol/L时,过程为气膜控制。氧的存在有利于NO的吸收,其分压越大,越有利于NO的氧化和脱除。气体中有氧存在时,最佳NO脱除温度为50℃,并推得吸收反应动力学方程。

Abstract:Nitric oxide can be oxidized to soluble nitric dioxide in liquid phase. The Co(en) 3+_3 produced by cobalt ions complexing with ethylenediamine acts as catalysts and oxygen in the flue gas is oxidant. The oxidation and absorption of nitric oxide can be carried out simultaneously. A stirred vessel with a plane gas-liquid interface was used to measure the absorption rates of NO in Co(en) 3+_3 solutions in the absence and presence of oxygen, respectively. The experimental results demonstrate that the gas-liquid reaction between NO and Co(en) 3+_3 solutions becomes gas film-control as the cobalt ethylenediamine concentration exceeds 0.02 mol/L. Oxygen in the gas phase is favorable to the absorption of nitric oxide. The absorption rate of nitric oxide increases with the oxygen partial pressure. The optimal temperature for nitric oxide absorption is 50 ℃ in the presence of oxygen. The kinetic equation of NO absorption into Co(en) 3+_3 solutions in the presence of oxygen was deduced.
