三聚氰胺净化湿法磷酸第二阶段反应动力学

摘    要:研究了三聚氰胺结晶法净化湿法磷酸生产磷酸钠盐的第二阶段反应过程动力学特征,测定了反应过程的动力学数据。在液固反应扩散传质控制条件下,确定了反应过程的动力学方程为1-3(1-XB)B23+2(1-XB)+k∫t0CALdt。式中k符合Arhe-nius关系:k=6.10×10-3exp[-5.529/(RT)]。对模型的检验结果表明所得动力学模型的置信度在95%以上。

Abstract:ang Jiexiu (College of Chemical Technology,Sichuan Allied University) Reaction kinetics were studied on the second process of purifying wet process phosphoric acid and producing phosphates by melamine crystal and kinetic data were measured under control of solid liquid reaction diffusion,a reaction kinetic model is established: 1-3(1-X B) 2/3+2(1-X B)=K∫ t oC AL dt, where K agree with Arrhenius: K=6.10×10 -3 exp (-5.529RT) .The results after checking the model show that the believability of the kinetic model obtained is more than 95%.
