| 摘 要： | 水泥回转窑吊装是水泥回转窑整个安装过程中的重要工序。基于杠杆原理提出了一种无支撑吊装技术,详细介绍了施工步骤,并对该技术进行了分析。实践结果表明采用该技术能够安全、经济、高效的吊装回转窑,达到回转窑安装的精度要求。

| Abstract: | Hoisting of cylindrical shell is the most important process in the whole installation of rotary kiln. A free-standing hoisting technology was brought forward and analysed based on lever principle, and the construction steps was introduced in detail. The experi- ence shows with the technology we can realize safe,economical and high efficiency hoisting of cylindrical shell and reach the required precision. |
