水基岩屑在水泥熟料生产中的应用探索

摘    要:水基岩屑作为一种新的固体废弃物,目前还未在水泥行业有过实际的处理资料和相关的报告。本次现场试验结合四川某水泥厂现有的熟料生产线,采用2%和5%的水基岩屑分别替代生料中的部分原料来煅烧水泥熟料。在试验过程中,记录窑况运行情况和在线烟气检测情况,试验期间的烟气成分由第三方烟气检测机构取样并检测,并对生产的水泥熟料和配制成的P·C42.5水泥进行质量检测,所有检测结果均符合国家标准。

Application exploration of water-based cuttings in cement clinker production
Abstract:As a new solid waste, water-based cuttings have not yet had actual treatment data and related reports in the cement industry. In this field test, combined with the existing clinker production line of a cement plant in Sichuan, 2% and 5% of water-based rock chips were used to replace part of the raw materials in the raw meal to calcine cement clinker. During the test, the operation of the kiln and the online flue gas detection were recorded. The flue gas composition during the test was sampled and detected by a third-party flue gas detection agency, and the produced cement clinker and the prepared P·C42.5 Cement is tested for quality, and all test results are in line with national standards.
