摘    要:基于有交互作用的四因素二水平正交表,成型了不同配合比的混凝土试块,探讨了活性掺合料种类、水泥强度、减水剂种类、细骨料种类,以及其交互作用对混凝土抗压强度的影响。结果表明:活性掺合料种类是四个因素中对90~360 d混凝土抗压强度影响最大的因素;90~360 d内,活性掺合料和水泥的交互作用一直影响着混凝土抗压强度,并且其影响程度随着龄期的延长先增大后减小,180 d时的影响程度达到最大值;细骨料种类对90~360 d混凝土抗压强度的影响可以忽略不计。

Abstract:Based on the four-factor two-level orthogonal table with interactions, concrete test blocks with different mix ratios were formed. The effects of active admixtures, cement strength, water reducing agent, fine aggregates, and their interactions on the compressive strength of concrete were discussed. The test results show that the active admixture is the most influential factor on the compressive strength of the 90 ~360 d ages concrete; during the 90~360 d ages, the interaction of the active admixture and the cement has always affected the concrete compressive strength, and the degree of influence increases with ages and then decreases, and the degree of influence reaches the maximum at 180 d ages; the effect of fine aggregate on the compressive strength of 90~360 d ages concrete is negligible.
