聚碳酸酯自然老化行为研究

摘    要:研究了在海南万宁自然曝露试验后的聚碳酸酯(PC)结构和性能的变化。结果表明,老化后,PC的拉伸强度下降,由韧性断裂逐渐转变为脆性断裂;老化过程中,PC试样表面产生裂纹等缺陷,导致透光率下降,而碳碳偶合双键的产生则是黄变的主要原因;傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱分析显示,曝露面同时发生了氟利斯(Fries)重排和光氧老化反应,而背面仅发生氟利斯重排反应。

Abstract:Structure and properties of polycarbonate before and after weathering at Wanning,Hainan province were investigated.Mechanical testing showed that,after weathering,the tensile strength of PC slowly reduced,and stiffness increased remarkably.During weathering,craze or crack appearing on the exposed surface resulted in decreasing light transmittance and generating carbon-carbon coupling double bond resulted in increasing yellowness;ATR-FTIR of exposed and back surface showed that,the possible degradation mechanism of exposed surface was Fries-rearrangement and photo-oxidation,but only Fries-rearrangement for back surface.
