摘    要:探讨了纳米SiO2与高相对分子质量季铵盐表面接枝复合抗菌剂在PE—LD中的应用。结果表明,当抗菌剂添加量为基础树脂的3%(质量含量,下同)时,材料对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率为99.99%,具有强抗菌效果。抗菌样品放置1a后,抗菌率仍为99.99%;将放置1a后的样品再经过加速老化15d后,抗菌率为97%左右,抗菌长效性好。

Abstract:A new antimicrobial agent has been studied.In this antimicrobial agent,the nano-SiO_2 was combined with high-molecular-weight quaternary ammonium salt first,which was introduced into low density polyethylene (PE-LD) at a weight fraction of 3%.The antimicrobial activity of the loaded resin achieved 99.99 %,and 99 % of which could be maintained after placed in the natural environment for more than one year.If rinsed in water for fifteen days,the antimicrobial activity reduced to 97%.
