从废弃甲醇合成催化剂中回收氯化亚铜和氧化锌的新工艺研究

摘    要:国内甲醇产能约3000万t/a,可综合利用的废弃甲醇合成催化剂约3000t/a,笔者研究了一种从废弃甲醇合成催化剂中回收氯化亚铜和氧化锌的新工艺.简述了回收氯化亚铜和氧化锌的制备原理;论述了废弃催化剂的预处理工艺条件以及浸取制备氯化亚铜和氧化锌的工艺条件.研究结果表明:回收的氯化亚铜产品质量可达到GB1619-79中标...

Abstract:Production capacity of methanol was about 30 million t/a in China,about 3000t/a of spent catalyst foe ammonia synthesis could be comprehensively utilized,author has studied a kind of recovering cuprous chloride and zinc oxide from spent catalyst for ammonia synthesis,has described the preparation principle for recovering cuprous chloride and zinc oxide;has discussed the pretreatment process conditions for spent catalyst and the process conditions for extracting/preparing the cuprous chloride and zinc oxide.Research result indicates that the product quality of cuprous chloride can reach the requirement of first class product specified in GB1619-79,recovery rate is 95%;the product quality of zinc oxide can reach the requirement of first class product specified in GB3494-83,recovery rate is 92%;profit of 8,000 Yuan RMB/t can be obtained by recovering the cuprous chloride and zinc oxide from spent catalyst for methanol synthesis.
