摘    要:针对我国燃煤发电的污染治理技术和创新途径进行了研讨。分析了我国燃煤锅炉SO2和CO2排放污染的严峻形势;论述了燃煤电厂烟气CO2捕集与利用技术的研究进展以及烟道气中CO2回收技术的工业应用;建议把煤炭能源化工生产排放的CO2制成干冰,用作植物生长的碳养分而释放出氧元素的化学反应平衡循环工艺路线,作为我国处置CO2的根本出路。
