甲醇氧化制甲醛工艺技术探讨

摘    要:结合国内外目前采用的铁钼法和银法甲醇氧化制甲醛工艺技术,从催化剂、产品质量、公用工程消耗、工程造价等方面对比了各工艺的优缺点,结果表明,铁钼法甲醛工艺优于银法甲醛工艺;进一步比较了美国D.B wester和瑞典Perstorp的铁钼法工艺技术,旨在为新建项目的优化决策提供参考。

Abstract:In combination with process technology of formaldehyde made by methanol oxidation with the Fe-Mo method and Ag method presently adopted,the advantages and shortages of the various processes were compared from aspects of catalyst,product quality,utility consume,project cost of construction etc.,result indicates that the formaldehyde process with Fe-Mo method is more superior than the formaldehyde process with Ag method;moreover the process technology of American D.B wester Fe-Mo method was compared with the Sweden Perstorp Fe-Mo method,its purpose was for reference optimizing of decision for a newly built project.
