摘    要:通过对丙碳脱碳塔的传质计算与比较,给出了此塔气液传质系数和HETP的相应数据,应用有关软件中传质分离多级模拟程序,就脱碳塔工艺条件对理论板数和净化气指标的具体影响,得出有规律性的结果,对设计和生产运行均有指导意义。

Abstract:The mass transfer coefficients and corresponding HETP data are given through the comparison and calculation of PC CO 2-removal tower. In view of the concrete effect of this tower process conditions on the theoretic column tray numbers and purified gas indexes, the mass transfer separation multi-stage simulation program of the relevant software is applied and the regular result is then concluded, it has an instructive significance for guiding both design and production operation.
