摘    要:阐述了旋流器的构造和分离原理,采用浮选离心分离技术,利用旋流器对晶硅片切割刃料加工废水处理污泥进行资源化回收处理,从污泥中得到的碳化硅微粉可以作为切割刃料使用,得到的硅酸钙可以应用于耐火材料和建筑材料。对污泥的回收处理工艺进行了研究并对影响因素进行了讨论。

Abstract:The structure and principle of hydrocyclone were introduced. On the basis of floatation separation and hydrocyclone, sludge for wastewater treatment after processing of silicon wafers cutting edge material was treated and reclaimed. The silicon carbide micro powder can be obtained as a cutting edge materials and the calcium silicate can be get and applied to refractory and building materials. The recycling technology was researched and the influence factors were discussed further.
