| Abstract: | In this paper,domestic sewage, industrail wastewater humic substances and other kinds of pollutants as the sources of oxygen consumption substances and precursors of mutagens were introduced. To remove the oxygen consumption substances in water is the effective measure to remove the mutagens and carcinogens before and after chlorination of water. |
