摘    要:以十二水合硫酸铁铵为催化剂、正己烷为带水剂,以氟乙酸与异戊醇为原料合成氯乙酸异戊酯。考察了醇酸摩尔比、催化荆用量、带水剂用量、反应时间、不同的带水剂及催化剂的重复使用对酯收率的影响。结果表明,在氯乙酸用量为0.1mol、醇酸摩尔比为1.2:l、催化剂十二水合硫酸铁铵用量为1.5g、带水剂正己烷用量为15mL、反应时问为1.5h、反应温度为78-98℃的优化合成条件下,氯乙酸异戊酯收率达到89.6%。

Abstract:Synthesis of isoamyl chloroacetate using ammonium ferric sulfate hydrate as catalyst is studied. The influential factors of synthetic reaction are investigated and the optimal conditions studied. Under the opti- mum conditions as follows, chloroacetic acid amount is 0. 1 mol, the molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol to chloroace- tic acid is 1.2 : 1 ,the catalyst dosage is 1.5 g,the n-hexane amount is 15 mL,the reaction time is 1.5 h,and the reaction temperature is 78-98 ℃ ,the yield of isoamyl chloroacetatc reachs 89.6%.
