Abstract:The physiological functions and researched trend of oligo-peptides of high Fischer ratio were stated.According to comprising rich protein,high branched chain amino acids and low aromatic amino acids,konjac fly powder could be used to extract oligo-peptides of high Fischer ratio.The development of such study was also introduced.
