| 摘 要： | 通过甘氨酸-硝酸盐法(GNP)制备了(Y2O3)0.02-(Sc2O3)0.11-(ZrO2)0.87(2Y-11ScSZ)超细粉体.研究了不同甘氨酸用量对粉体相结构和形貌的影响.然后采用流延成型方法制备薄膜样品,讨论不同烧结温度对样品的影响.实验结果表明:2％物质的量浓度Y2O3的添加能稳定1ScSZ在立方相结构.随...

| Abstract: | (Y2O3)0.02-(Sc2O3)0.11-(ZrO2)0.87(2Y-11ScSZ) powders were prepared by glycine-nitrate process(GNP).The effect of different glycine quantities on the phase structure and microstructure of the powders was investigated.The film samples was prepared by tape-casting method and effect of different sintering temperatures on the samples was discussed.The results indicate that the addition of 2mol% Y2O3 to 11ScSZ is found to stabilize the cubic crystalline phase.With the increase of glycine quantity,the crystallite ... |
