摘    要:求解浮法玻璃退火窑间接冷却区内玻璃带与冷却管(板)之间辐射换热计算所需要的关键参数是辐射换热角系数。退火窑内各控制单元面之间的角系数可以通过直接积分的方法获得精确解。由于间接冷却区中涉及了面与面、面与管、管与管之间等各类复杂曲面,因此通过引入假想面模型以及cross-string法来简化辐射角系数的求解过程,并为同类炉型内角系数的计算提供了借鉴和参考。

Abstract:The radiation transfer view factors are the key parameters for radiation transfer calculation between float ribbon and cooling tubes(plate) in indirect cooling zone of lehr.The exact solutions of view factors of each control unit surface can be solved through direct integral method.Because of some kinds of complicated surfaces(such as surface to surface,surface to tube,tube to tube,etc) exist in indirect cooling zone,so the assumption surface model and cross-string model will be introduced to simplify the solution process of view factors,and provides reference for view factor calculation of the similar furnace.
