涂层复合粉料和颗粒涂层方法

摘    要:本文介绍了涂昨合粉料和制备涂层复合粉料的各种方法。与传统陶瓷的制德工艺相比,采用涂层复合粉料的制瓷工艺具有许多优点。如制备的粉料成分均匀,减少添加剂用量,改善粉料的表面性能,消除传统工艺制备的混合粉料在烧结中第二相的相互塔结问题等,从而提高了陶瓷材料的性能。

Abstract:In this paper, preparation of coating composite particles and kinds of particles coating technology were discussed. By making comparisons of the traditional ceramic processings, there were more advantages in particles coating technology such as the composition of particles was homogeneous, the content of additive could be decreased , the surface performance of composite particles would be improved , and the second phase connected network of mixed particles which were prepared by the traditional ceramic processing could be eliminated in the sintering. In a conclusion, the ceramic performance could be improved by particles coating technology.
