介绍120/90-266PR R2农业轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径952 mm,断面宽122 mm,行驶面宽度118 mm,行驶面弧度高9 mm,胎圈着合直径664 mm,胎圈着合宽度102 mm,断面水平轴位置(H₁/H₂)0.47,胎面采用R2花纹,花纹深度44.5 mm,花纹饱和度16.9%,花纹周节数18。施工设计:胎面采用冠侧一体结构,胎体采用2层高强度1670dtex/2聚酯帘布,采用半鼓式成型机、水胎定型、四立柱硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均达到相应的设计和标准要求。

Design of 120/90-266PR R2 Agricultural Tire

The design of 120/90-266PR R2 agricultural tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 952 mm,cross-sectional width 122 mm,width of running surface 118 mm,arc height of running surface 9 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 664 mm,bead width at rim seat 102 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H₁/H₂)0.47,the tread adopted R2 pattern,pattern depth 44.5 mm,block/total ratio 16.9%,and number of pattern pitches 18.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using crown and sidewall integrated structure for tread,two layers of high strength 1670dtex/2 polyester cord fabric for carcass,and using the semi-drum building machine to build tires,bladder setting and four pillar vulcanizing press to cure tires.The test results of the finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties of the tire met the corresponding design and standard requirements.
