摘    要:介绍245/70R17.5全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径788mm,断面宽247mm,行驶面宽205mm,行驶面弧度高8.5mm,胎圈着合直径443.5mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.9985,花纹深度18mm,花纹周节数50节,花纹饱和度为70.5%,采用块状花纹设计。施工设计:胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225+0.15HT高强度钢丝帘线,1#和2#带束层采用0.365 6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用2层3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线;采用三鼓一次法成型机,采用热板式定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和速度性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。

Abstract:The design of 245/70R17.5 truck and bus radial tire was described. In the struction design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 788 mm, cross section width 247 mm, width of running surface 205 mm, height of running surface 8.5 mm, bead diameter at rim seat 443.5 mm, maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 0.9985, tread depth 18mm, total number of pitches 50, block/total ratio 70.5%, with the design of pattern block. In the construction design, the following processes were taken: 0.365 6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt, 3×4×0.22HE steel cord for 3# belt, two plies of 3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0°belt, 3×0.24/9×0.225 0.15HT steel cord for carcass ply; and using three-drum single stage building machine to build tires and auto curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that, the inflated peripheral dimension, strength performance, endurance performance and speed performance met the requirements of corresponding standards and national standard.
