| 摘 要： | 简要介绍膜分离技术在一次盐水精制中的应用,并分别对膜过滤脱除SO24-技术和HVMTM膜过滤盐水精制技术进行了详细阐述。通过对其分离原理、工艺过程的分析,证明该技术具有盐水质量稳定、操作维护简单、运行费用低、环保效益明显等诸多优点,值得氯碱厂推广应用。

| Abstract: | The application of membrane separation technology in brine refining was briefly introduced,and the Sulphate Removal System through membrane filtration and HVM~ TM membrane separation technologies in brine refining were separately detailed. Through analysis of the principle and process of separation, it was considered that the technology had several advantages, such as stability of brine quality, simplicity in operation and maintenance with lower costs and significant environment benefits. It was worth to be popularized in chloralkali plants. |
