吲哚合成技术与应用现状

摘    要:全球吲哚的生产能力为7000t/a,主要集中在美国、西欧和日本,煤焦油提取法与化学合成法并存。已工业化的化学合成法主要有3种:苯胺法、邻氯甲苯法和邻氨基乙苯法。我国目前还没有真正规模化的连续生产装置。吲哚及其衍生物可广泛用于医药、农药、香料、染料、食品和饲料添加剂等领域。

Abstract:The world production capacity of indole is 7000t/a, most of which are in the US, Western Europe and Japan; both coal tar extraction method and chemical synthesis method are used. There are three main chemical synthesis methods commercialized: aniline method, o-chloro-toluene method and o-aminoethylbenzene method. In China, there is not real production unit based on continuous process. Indole and its derivatives can be widely used in pharmaceuticals, pesticides, perfumes, dyes, food and feed additives and so on.
