摘    要:采用化学混凝剂处理果绿染料废水,探讨了两种混凝剂FeSO4·7H2O和Fe(NO3)3·9H2O的不同投放量和pH值对废水COD和色度的去除率的影响.研究结果表明,两种混凝剂都随着投加量的增加呈现先上升再下降的趋势,FeSO4·7H2O的最佳投放量为0.9g/L,此时,COD和色度去除率分别为77.5%和88.2%;F...

Abstract:This experiment studied the treatment of fruit green dye wastewater by chemical coagulants.The dosages of coagulants FeSO4·7H2O and Fe(NO3)3·9H2O,and the pH value of the wastewater on the removal rate of COD and color were discussed.Studies showed that the removal rates of COD and color first increased and then decreased with the increases of both of the two coagulants.When the optimum dosage of FeSO4·7H2O was 0.9g/l,the removal rate of COD and color were 77.5%和88.2%,respectively;When the optimum dosage of Fe(NO3)3·9H2O was 0.02g/l,the removal rate of COD and color were 72.5%和93.2%,respectively.For FeSO4·7H2O,while the optimum pH value was 8,the decolorization rate could reach 85.1% and COD removal efficiency was 78.8%;For Fe(NO3)3·9H2O,while the optimum pH value was 8,the decolorization rate could reach 92.7% and COD removal efficiency was 77.8%.
